Mr. Tacos' food truck was at the Colony Sunday night. I'd been wanting to try them out...
Obviously, the freshest ingredients...look at that avocado tomatillo salsa...yum.
It was pretty good...okay, VERY flavorful. The guys running it were very nice and did I mention the food had TONS of flavor? Yes...proteins were a bit on the dry side, but that said, I'll revisit that aroma-licious little taco truck again.
