Tacos El Rinconcito aka TACOS! TACOS! TACOS! (it says so on their window)

Ah, the Torta Cubana...
I told you I'd come back with another review...this time, with pictures!

Made with savory, juicy and delectable pulled pork, plus lettuce, tomato, avocado, ham, cheese, jalapenos and a creamy sauce that tastes like a better version of mayo. All of this insanely yet comforting goodness, sandwiched between a hoagie bun. But of course it's not just regular hoagie, oh no, no, no my friends. It's slightly toasted on the outside yet amply soft and moist on the inside.

It comes with two different sauces. One, a savory reddish hot sauce, most likely made from Chile Anchos, and a second sauce, made with what I believe is tomatillos, cilantro, lime juice, pureed jalapeno and blended smooth with Mexican crema. Ah...luscious, gratifying Torta Cubana...you had me at Tacos!Tacos!Tacos!
