It comes with two different sauces. One, a savory reddish hot sauce, most likely made from Chile Anchos, and a second sauce, made with what I believe is tomatillos, cilantro, lime juice, pureed jalapeno and blended smooth with Mexican crema. Ah...luscious, gratifying Torta Cubana...you had me at Tacos!Tacos!Tacos!
